"Just a stop over route to London, but a good choice to stay for a few days. The rooms are adequate size and the bathroom was well laid out. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Good choices and dishes were replenished efficiently. The staff were polite, personable and helpful. I’d come back and stay again. Good location for shopping, business and steps from the train station."

"Airport shuttle one of the reason we book there . Staff are helpful but this time receptionist who checked us in did not mention that our bed was changed from king size to double and a single due to the fact they gave us a shower. I woukd have said no and taken what I paid for months ago Shower had dirt on the walls looked like mold and bed was small per photos"

"Great communication from hotel prior to check in regarding check in and parking etc. Lovely clean , spacious room with comfortable ,huge bed and great bathroom with bath. Lovely toiletries. Well stocked mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities. Great breakfast and dining room. Nice relaxing bar. Great, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend."

"Excellent cleanliness and comfortable bed. The hotel was extremely busy, making check in queues long and difficult to hear the reception staff. There were no tables available for dinner either so we had to go elsewhere. Room size was a little cosy too!"
