"Hotel is cozy, good breakfast. Beautiful views of the cathedral. Staff was helpful. Wish the rooms were bigger for families but we made it work and the staff helped us be comfortable."

"This property is perfect for a stay in Burgos. You can walk to every point of interest. It has on site parking. The hotel is beautifully maintained as part of a former cloister. It is in an extremely quiet setting as well. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here while in Burgos."

"Number one was the staff, they were absolutely tremendous. Also the location is excellent being close to the cathedral and restaurants."

"The rooms were clean. Lo ee the large soft bath towels. When we checked in we were not told breakfast would be late on Friday due.to a holiday. The gentlemen who checked us out in the morning was awesome he got us a couple crescents from.the breakfast area knowing we were not able get our breakfast we paid for. He also brought our bag out to our car"

"Good breakfast lots of choice, hot and cold. Clean and good size room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Only stayed one night while passing through to a ferry. Underground car park was useful if a little tight in places (long cars may struggle, but our SUV was OK)). They apparently have 42 spaces but when I asked to use the car parking when booking months before arriving, they said they could not reserve a space. This would be understandable if they had many fewer spaces but with so many...

"Je n’ai que des compliments à faire, au niveau de l’accueil, c’était parfait au niveau de la chambre, même si elle était petite. Ça allait très bien. La situation géographique est aussi très agréable."

"Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables. El Check-in se hace en un bar del pueblo. El baño de la habitación, estaba separado por un cristal temperado y te pueden ver sin problema (hay ranuras y la privacidad es nula). Hay que tener cuidado con el letrero del hotel (está que se cae).La habitación 104 olía a desagüe. La cama de matrimonio es comodisima. La hab 104 olía un poco a desagüe. "

"Great to have good air conditioning when needed. Parking and ease of access from the motorway is just perfect. Love the cafeteria attached to the hotel too excellent value quick food served by friendly staff. Plenty of petrol stations near too. Short taxi ride into Burgos historic centre but the free parking offsets this small cost. This was not my first visit and we will be back it’s an ideal two night stopover to visit Burgos."
