Condo Rentals in Mandalajati

Stayed here for a week. There is one rude front desk guy (just one guy, the rest are pretty nice). It’s very unfortunate for a hotel with excellent facility to present one guy that cant keep the standard. They definitely should do better training of their staffs to ensure good customer’s experience.

It is a above average 3 star hotel. Staff are very polite, courteous & always serving with smiles. Special thanks to Femmy in reception & Aneu in the restaurant. The restaurant provided very authentic & tasty local cuisine. Initially I was allocated room in the front but It was change straight away to room in the due traffic noise.

My room on level 12, at midnight I still can hear the beat of music from Level 16.Also, just an input, to get in to Leval 16 bar very strict we are not allowed wearing sandal jepit (thong). I think if you should be a bit flexible especially for family, we (10 of us no children) just want to hang out, talking and spend time while drinking and snacking, we choose this hotel for relaxing, so not all of us wearing shoes at the hotel. My childrens love it. They are very happy to play on the beach pool. And standing on the glass floor at the 18th where we can see everything on the ground.

Nice room and view

Absolutely loved it here. Staff were friendly, the view was fantastic, food were great also. Our room was comfortable with a hill view. Definitely will come back when I visit Bandung again.

The staff at every level were fabulous! The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Rudy in the restaurant were excellent and made a difference to our stay there m! We will definitely recommend this hotel

All is good and close to trans studio mall. Easy go to any where what I want.

Nice place and staff. Would appreciate next time if the hotel notifies early of impending persib bandung parade during stay as the street in front becomes totally inaccesible

It is the hotel I always use when I visit Bandung, why because the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are of a good size and the corridors are well lit and quiet. I have tried other newer hotels, but I always come back to the Aryaduta
