"Parking was $45, insane. Location on the beach. Our room had an outdoor patio facing the beach with 2 chairs and a table. I would have loved 2 lounging chairs. Overall a good getaway from LA."

"Our standard king room was well back from busy Route 1 in Oxnard. Quiet, clean, modestly furnished and value priced. It did what it needed to do after a long day in Ojai. Bed was comfortable but felt like there was maybe a plastic cover over the mattress. Bathroom was clean. Single sink in a long vanity outside the shower/bath combo. We did not have breakfast or coffee but public area looked clean and comfortable. For a one night stay arriving late and leaving early it met our needs. If...

"Stay was good, it was safe and quiet even though we were very close to the freeway, staff was friendly and helpful. We had to bring our little dog and there was a little dog park which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable for our 2 day stay. Location was great, just a few minute drive for food and grocery stores. Everything you could need in the area"

"I’d return. This is a great value. It’s a simple beach place and a very nice experience. The beach can’t get any closer. There is nothing like a concrete strand with human traffic; just the beach on the other side of the three feet block wall of the semi shared small patio."

"breakfast was an ok selection in a relocated room. The hotel is under construction and they've done a good job keeping. the dust and noise contained."

"The room smelled and was musty. The carpets were dirty and could use cleaning. The hotel was not quiet and you could hear traffic outside. The train passes by and blows the horn all night long. To top it off, there was a roach that I had to kill crawling on the wall."

"Pros We stayed in the room for 2 nights and came away with a great impression! The room and bathroom both had a fresh, recently renovated feel. On our second day, housekeeping even came by to make up the bed and refresh the towels. Fairly spacious, with a fridge and microwave included. Cons At one point we took the last spot in the parking lot, and another car arrived after us — not sure where they ended up parking... The soundproofing leaves something to be desired."
