"The front desk staff told me they were short staffed when I asked for a hair dryer. “I don’t know where they are; I’ll leave a note for the morning.” I never got a hair dryer.
The sheet was stained on the king sized bed when I pulled back the bedspread. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable.

"Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. People were itching their initials around the pool in the scum. So needless to say the breakfast were not that good. It has gone downhill. Very disappointing. Won't be going back."
