"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. Complementary croissants were hung on your door every morning which was a nice touch. The owner and receptionist were both welcoming and lovely to...

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. Convenient breakfast if required. Rooms very comfortable and I enjoyed my little balcony. The property was very clean with friendly cleaning ladies in all areas. Even the floor in the bin room in the basement was freshly washed when I put my rubbish bag in there. Merci!"

"A basic apart-hotel. Pros: reasonable price and good location. Cons: room a bit scruffy (some holes in bedding, marks on walls etc), only basic cooking equipment. Recommend for short stays only."

"The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. "

"니스까지 접근성도 좋고, 마트도 가까이 있어서 좋았어요. 패밀리아파트는 건물뒷편이라 답답한 느낌이 있었습니다. 여름이라 그런지, 모기나 벌레도 있어서 조금 불편했습니다. 3박동안 하우스키핑서비스도 없고, 수건 또한 매일 교체가 없어서 불편했습니다. "

"Sehr unfreundlicher Ablauf beim Check in, da man kein Französisch konnte wurde einem somit die Abwicklung erschwert. Man wurde vor verschlossener Türe stehen gelassen und auch telefonisch wurde immer wieder aufgelegt. Ratsam vor 16h einzuchecken, da anscheinend da Englisch sprechende Angestellte da sind. Als wir nach Langem endlich ins Zimmer konnten, war nicht mal für die Kinder ein Bett bzw Bettdecken und Kissen bereit. Nach langem Suchen haben wir Bettdecken und Kissen lieblos im Schrank...
