"Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. "

"We had a terrible experience with the hotel as we complained about all issues we were having and the general manager did not respond to our issues in a timely and efficient manner unlike the other hotels we have been despite 2 emails to the general manager, we received no response ! Generally speaking, the standards were quite low for the rating we chose and paid for. Please contact the general manager to escalate this in order for us to be compensated for many negative issues."

"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad.
