"avevo prenotato una suite disponibile last minute anche perchè risultava esserci il parcheggio gratuito incluso. A prenotazione confermata e pagata nella e-mail di conferma leggo che la reception è aperta solo su appuntamento da concordare un giorno prima dell'arrivo, che la struttura è in zona ZTL e che il parcheggio solo pubblico a pagamento se lo si trova. Chiamato il numero del titolare che ci dice che la suite non è disponibile e che a livello di favore può darci solo una economy con bagno...

"The resort itself was clean but the room layout was not family friendly for a family of 4. We stayed in the Royal Suite and not sure if they misrepresented it or I did not catch the fine print but we thought we were getting a two bedroom suite with a common living space. It was not it was a sofa sleeper in a narrow room and the common sitting was in the main bedroom. The view was beautiful. "Struttura non recente ma con manutenzione ottima, camere ultrapulite, compreso biancheria del letto materassi, cuscini ecc. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto a dare un consiglio ed attivarsi se si ha bisogno. Terrazza e panorama stupendo, ambiente rilassante e silenzioso. Cucina buona, personale gentile. A colazione a buffet servono anche caffetteria calda, ciò che si vuole dal caffè espresso al latte senza lattosio, basta chiedere al personale. Ottimo, consigliato."

"We arrived late in day and first impressions were underwhelming and very secluded. It is the off season (May) and didn't see any other guests. It is a very expansive (large) estate and has huge potential. Breakfast was very good and we hung by the pool for several hours the next day and came to appreciate the privacy. The bed was comfortable. Be aware of loud pair of peacocks roaming the property. Noise plugs didn't help much. Lol"

"We booked the property on first week of June, we didn’t know that they don’t turn their AC on around this time. According to the staff at the front desk, it’s cold and just open the windows. I found it a little weird, I think they should leave that option to the guests but unfortunately, their AC is controlled centrally and you can’t do anything in the rooms. Towards the end of the night it became stuffy so glad I booked only one night."
