"Clean and very comfortable, great shower and jet-spa bath, easy-to-operate high quality air conditioner/heat pump, and kitchenette. Bed was made to perfection with soft sheets, lovely pillows and bedding. Bus stops right outside, on the same street, with buses directly to Massey University (one direction) and Airport (opposite direction), and all other main bus routes close by. Very close walking distance to the Plaza shopping centre, department stores, fashion stores, supermarkets, and dining...

"This was our second stay at Bentleys. We like it for the location being so close to the city. It's quiet and comfortable as well."

"We only spent one night and booked via Expedia. Check in was easy, car parking was easy. The rooms was clean and tidy and more then useable. Tv worked, a/c worked. We ate in the attached restaurant, and the food was perfect, service was quick and staff were friendly. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"I had issues with getting hot water. Staff were very apologetic and got it sorted. However there didn't seem to be anybody around in the esrlier part of the morning to deal with any issues"

"All the physical things and facilities were practical and very good, but we were MOST impressed with the friendly willingness of the management and staff to allow us to drop off our bags etc, early (because we were attending a course at Massey University). In fact, they were good enough to let us complete check-in in the mid morning - which was really very helpful indeed. Thanks wonderful Team. . . : )"
