"We had a clean room. We appreciated the airport shuttle."

"What they advertised was misleading. The fireplace didn't work on the lobby and we wanted to sit by the fire after a cold and rainy day. The refrigerator in our room was full of old food, drinks and snacks. It makes me think if they really cleaned the rest of the room. One of the beds was broken. I sat in the end of the bed and it ripped about half way up in the air. Really disappointed. Not worth the $300+ I spent! "

"I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the seating areas up on the second floor area overlooking the beautiful atrium with its Wild West decor, koi pond, and all the hot tubs. Each hot tub had the feel of privacy even though they are in the atrium. Great option for a multi-family trip! "

"Airport shuttle was good and fast. There is no breakfast anywhere i saw. Which was fine because i really just wanted to have an Airport shuttle and be able to park my car there while on vacation. My only complaint was, there was a horrible and very loud compressor sound in the room, it kept myself and my husband up almost all night. We even went to the airport earlier than we planned because we weren't able to sleep."

"Staff was friendly and available at all times. The main elevator did not work on the first day, and our room was close to that elevator, so we had to walk through the whole hotel to get to our room. We used stairs to go to the lobby, but the stairs were not vacuumed. Food was OK, but they were out of primary food ~40 min before the end. We waited for about 15 minutes to get scrambled eggs and potatoes, but they were out of sausages. The cook was not in a hurry. Hotel was renovated recently. We didn't use the hot tub."
