"Good location but and I mean a big butt…if you plan on taking the shuttle, take it earlier than you think you should. We waited in the airport shuttle line for close to an hour and barely made it on time. The staff were great and were in contact with the drivers but due to traffic and a family taking up the entire shuttle, it just took too long. So plan ahead and get in line!"

"I prefer to have the sink and toilet together in the same room also there needs to be somewhere to put your things while showering . The refrigerator in the room kept shutting off. Frustrating."

"Very convenient to the airport with a regular shuttle . Arrived early from a long flight and was able to book in early for $40 and also got a room with a bath as requested. Baths are no longer common and a room with a shower only is also available . Room came with a buffet breakfast that I only wish i had more time to enjoy . Available food other than the restaurant and Bar are limited with restricted hours . Staff are very kind and helpful . Have stayed here before and was happy to be able to book here again"

"This property is located in a great location and walking distance to a lot of the shops, restaurants and attractions. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were very friendly and they allowed us to store our luggage once we checked out since our flight was later in the day. Hotel located a 15mins uber ride to Universal/Warner brothers studio and Ubers were easy to get. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"Great hotel by airport, shuttle works great and we were welcomed with 4 bottles of water. The check in process was smooth and the bar in the hotel was great. It's pricey but very convenient. All employees were nice. The only thing i disliked was the water pressure in shower and pillows were not comfortable. We stayed for the world cup and it was very convenient. Midway Rental was close by."
