"Ramon (FRONT DESK) Staff gave me a lower grade room because he said ALOUD that the entire lobby area could hear that and I quote “because you brought your room on a THIRD PARTY WEBSITE “I can give you a high floor room, only something on 4th floor“- this was unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful and discriminatory behavior.
As a Travel Agent and Boyant member and have spent hundreds of dollars on Marriott hotel brands and have never been disappointed with the way he presented himself and the Marriott brand."
"Clean room, staff was great, really close to the airport. Troller for airport is $10 per person, which is really handy if you're staying there to catch a flight – they go out every hour.
Parking is paid as well. "

"The line to check in was incredibly long. My kids and I waited about 35 minutes just to get checked in. After finally receiving our room and going upstairs, we discovered that the hot water was not working, the toilet would not flush, and the phone in the room was also not working.
I then had to go back downstairs and wait in the long line all over again just to get the room changed. What was most disappointing was that there was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience or make the situation better for my family. Instead of offering an upgrade or any type of accommodation, we were simply moved to another similar room.
I understand that issues can happen, but I expected more effort to help make things right, especially considering the inconvenience and the fact that I was there with my children."
"Love staying here just wish they would update main lobby and pool cushions. So many people stay here the outlets in main lobby won’t hold your phone charger."
"Property was good for staying close to Universal. Beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Would not recommend walking due to the steep incline."
