"The hotel itself was excellent, clean, comfortable. The rooms were great, amenities top-notch, and my stay overall was really enjoyable.
However, the check-in experience was horrible. There was a massive line that took me almost 45 minutes, and nobody informed me that it was specifically for guests with flight cancellation vouchers. There were supposed to be two separate lines, and if staff had just communicated this, it would have saved a lot of frustration.
I hope the hotel improves this...

"There is no breakfast they charge so much for the rooms. No parking lot they charge you like $60 only for park your car you waste too much money for nothing if they charge although they should be cheaper the rooms no reference in the parking."
