"The person at the coffee shop at the third floor was rude, not answering and then when I was taking a glass of milk to make coffee in the room this guy stopped me saying there is a limitation. I was like sorry, what is this guy even saying? He is worried about a glass of milk at such a big hotel. Rest the stay was good and pleasant. I would recommend. I left my shirt and a tshirt (important ones)in the wardrobe but no one contacted me to return it."

"Booked this hotel for a concert at the Sofi Stadium and let’s just say this hotel was perfect! From easy and smooth check in, amazing amenities, and quick check out. The patio/pool area was really nice! Our room was absolutely clean and spacious. We had a balcony with the pool view and we couldn’t have gotten a better room. They had dj and we enjoyed the music as we started getting ready for the concert. Also the bar hosted an after concert party with dj. Everyone gathered there and in the pool to enjoy the rest of the night. The Sofi Stadium is about a 15-18 min walk, depending on your entrance to the stadium. Def recommend this hotel and I will definitely be coming back!"

"staff were absolutely lovely, my space was nice and clean and we had 0 issues during our stay. the elevator for our room building however (Building #1) had an expired inspection certificate, by about 7 years. (expired 2019) besides that, absolutely no problems and i would love to come back"
