"We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at the Tradewinds Motel in Rockaway Beach! If you are looking for fancy and exclusive...look elsewhere. If you are looking for an incredible location (steps from the beach), clean rooms and linens, handy room amenities such as a stove/oven, microwave and mini-fridge, knowledgeable and friendly staff (Front Desk especially) AND won't break the budget..... Tradewinds Motel is for you! We will definately be back! Thanks for the great get-away!"

"Cannot recommend this Inn enough! It was so charming and the staff was very welcoming. The location is very close to the beach but not particularly close to eating options. However, the staff did a great job of providing information about this both in advance and during our stay. They also provided snacks on site, charcuterie upon arrival and breakfast in the morning. We were in the room with the in room sauna and it was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has its own exterior door...

"It wasnt we were expecting, it did not match picrtures online; it was rundown and was a repurposed single wide trailer. Check in was at 4 but it was not ready til 5:30 because they were unaware we had reserved it. The lake is beautiful but for the price and the place, go down the road a few miles and stay somewhere else."

"The beach view was great, the front porch was nice for sitting on and enjoying. The cabin was quite rustic, room 18 the bathroom is a tight fit for those with a little weight. The stove did not work well even a whole burner was gone. The linens were not clean and the table was covered with dust. Overall the stay was good having access to the beach and restaurants but probably will try something similar the next time. "

"The guy at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in which just starts a good experience. The hotel is not fancy. And they don't pretend to be. It is a clean room with decent hotel pillows, and is fairly quiet. That's all I was looking for. There is a Fred Meyer across the street, and the hotel is behind a gas station with a mini-mart that is accessible most of the day. Each room has a small fridge/freezer combo and a microwave. It's near the Tillamook Creamery, but you do need to...
