"I just stayed at Crosby Street Hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and match the Firmdale's excellent service. These people know how to run a hotel. The head concierge Chris and his protege Freddy are excellent as are the front desk staff. Nothing is too much trouble. "I generally don’t do reviews, but I was very happy with the St James Hotel. Though a historic building it has been renovated to modern standards. It is in the thick of things, steps away from Times Square and Broadway. The staff was exceptionally friendly. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room, though maybe you can request one? I would not hesitate to go back."
