"Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was at three of the six elevators were down and also they didn’t come and get my room service when I finished it I had to like take it out of the room myself, but that’s not that big of a deal other than that, it was perfect day. Got me way better room than they originally were at the front desk. They were just like let me see if we can get some better and got me all the way to the 44th floor. I loved it. "Checking in took forever because there was only one person working and nobody else arrived to help, so we ended up leaving our bags with an employee so we could get to a show. Came back around 11pm for check-in and was helped much faster. The clerk nicely upgraded us from a room with one bed to one with two beds, which was really nice. There's no microwave or mini fridge in the room, and only a tiny trash can. Our bedroom door didn't lock every time so we constantly had to make sure it was...
