"We absolutely loved our stay! The location is so great! We used the subway so many times because we could just walk a few steps into the terminal and go anywhere. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were surprisingly spacious. We would absolutely go back!"

"We had a great stay! Staff were kind, welcoming, and very attentive to our needs. Location was perfect for our concert at MSG and the price was great compared to others in the area. The rooftop bar was a huge highlight of this trip and our bartender was fantastic!"

"Booked this hotel due to the central location. Stayed here for two nights. Checked in on a Saturday and left early Monday morning. After a long day in the city on Sunday, we got back to our room and to our surprise, it had not been cleaned. Bed wasn’t made, no new towels, trash wasn’t changed, etc. House keeping did NOT visit our room at all during our stay. This is extremely odd and unacceptable.
