Personally I dont belive the room was as discribed. I stayed over night only an informed host and hotel I was checking out. I gave a few issues fir cause an asked for a refund an was refused. I only listed some if the issues as there were more. 3 bathrooms, master with danage to door. other 2 no hot water. Funcky smell in the kitchen which they new about as kitchen window was left open to air it out. stains in the carpet. smell of the sheets/ pillows hoping it was from over bleaching. eyelash on floor, sauce on wall by light switch, floor cleaner used coated the floor not clean. turned my socks a dirty color an if you wear your shoes it imprinted. No view at all. when we aerived neighbor had trash in the hall, no shower curtain fir the tub /shower as it was the only bathroom with hot water. etc.

This is an honest review of a “penthouse” unit near Okada—shared for public awareness, not to harm the business. There were different addresses sent, which caused confusion upon arrival, and no intercom connected to the lobby. The unit is spacious enough for 6, but the quality and upkeep did not meet “penthouse” standards. Concerns: • Only one TV (remote not working) in this "penthouse" • Middle bedroom AC was fast-dripping—we were given a bucket as a fix solution • AC remotes had no back covers • Empty dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher • Noisy/unstable master bed frame • Difficult communication (3 numbers, only one responded) Other notes: • Free WiFi (speed unsure) • Massage chair available • Flimsy table, stand lights, extension cords Positives: • Free parking 1 space on different floor • Cold AC overall • Big fridge • Fast elevator, nice water view We didn’t explore amenities like pool access due to communication issues. I requested a late checkout due to the inconveniences and was given until 12 noon—with a request for a 10-score review in return, mentioning they are currently struggling. Reached out to lobby for luggage storage after check out where night staff stated is possible and will arrange and the day staff said that is not possible! Book If you’re okay with these conditions. But for those used to Western standards, this may fall short. Sharing honestly to help others decide.

This place was very centralized to our planned activities and close to the airport. We had plenty of space for 5 adults. Having a kitchen with appliances was a plus. We do not try out the pool as it was really cold. Overall good stay

The room was spacious for two people. Very challenging to find . The room is in the Wyndham Gardens hotel , ask for the residence check in. Room quite noisy, but conveniently located close to airport (about 10 min) If casinos are your thing then you can pretty much walk to city or dreams

It was very difficult finding the right tower. When we finally found it and waited for 40 min we checked into our room and headed there a long distance come to find out that room was already booked. Now we had to carry all our bags all the way back to the receptionist to find out we were in the entire wrong building! After walking another considerable distance to the right building and another 40 min process some kids literal kids came to help us through the maze to find our room laughing the entire time. When we located the room the lights didn’t work so the kids said yea we’ll have to get that fixed! No towels, no soap, no toilet paper, and no water. Without the option to buy any! We were so exhausted by that time we just used the dark room. DEFINITELY NOT A PENTHOUSE!!

the place was very tidy and modern-looking. there were a few things that needed maintenence, but the host was very kind and considerate. however, all the amenities were working properly though. my family and I has a great stay here!

This is my second time checking in this place. And all i can i say I totally love it. The room is spacious, they also have utensils, kitchenware that you can use if you wanna cook your meal. The pool is great as well. And this place is also very close to Malls and other popular places in Manila. lastly i love this place because of the Host. It was very easy communicate with the host. The host is very nice and accomodating. Will definitely recommend this place and I will surely use this again next time.

The room is pristine. It was a nice stay. Room is big and spacious.I like that we can cook our food. Utensils and kitchen ware are provided for you. Totally will comeback to this place. Also very close fo the airport. Front desk and security are very friendly and the property owner are very responsive to all our questions and concerns.
