Eugenio Lopez Center is a nice get away place with very relaxing ambiance and served with very great and tasty food. The only flaw was that they were not able to accommodate and prioritize their in-house guests over the outsiders who made reservations for breakfast which happens to be the Mother's Day. It was upsetting for my family to come home hungry because there was no seat available for us until check out time. The staff should know better and reserved first seats to those who are already in the hotel before accepting too many guests from outside. That was a horrible experienced!

Hotel is great place to stay with family.

Hotel is a great place to stay with family. It is near Antipolo Cathedral and Hinulugan Taktak. Nice View of Manila , Qc., and part of Laguna De Bay are seen in the area. Swimming pool is ok too, specially for children, how ever the foul odor of the septic tank, is smelling since the septic tank is near the swimming pool. I hope the mngt should do something about it.

High School Reunion in Antipolo

Our stay was fantastic, the staff was so helpful and nice, the place was clean and the view of the city from the restaurant was magnificent.

We booked six rooms for a family gathering. It's an old but spacious hotel and the location is great - with an awesome view of the valley, if you can see past the smog that blankets MNL. The restaurant and staff are definite pluses. However, we found a few - shall we say - insects in some of the rooms. The front desk mixed up our receipts with another guest, and had us drive back up the hill to sort out their error. At any rate, those mishaps should not overshadow the positive attitude of the staff. Good job overall, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Perfect place for relaxation. Breathtaking view.

The place was perfect for relaxation because of the breathtaking view from the hotel's terrace. Big rooms, dining place, terrace, swimming pool. However, room amenities are lacking such slippers, bath rob, coffee, tea and water heater or thermos for making coffee or tea, mini ref/bar, and does not provide free breakfast for the amount we paid. Restaurant has very limited food choices. We still have to go out and look for nearby resto. The hotel facilities needs to be refurbished and re-modelled to suit the ambiance of a modern hotel. Redesign interior specially the lobby and lower ground areas. The facilities is originally designed for a training center, that's why it looks old and corporate. The place has all the potential of a 5-star hotel, but the management needs to redesign everything in it if they would shift business from a training center to a hotel.
