check-in info not correct
Restaurants with terrasses were you can eat in the evening are located along the main road and thus very noisy. The lounge should be open also in the evening; perhaps the mentioned restaurants can deliver there. There's no shortcut to the SM mall and walk path is not covered, and in places narrow and in bad shape. Check-in and check-out was not fluent. More important the information given by hotels.com was totally wrong. You should delete the paragraph on Maldives; check-in/out was in SIGLO office. We lost a lot of time due to that error.

A disappointing experience.
No kettle. Very basic cooking facilities. No washing up liquid or washing up cloth or sponge. Only one bedside table and lamp. Very poor WiFi. Flooring cracking up. Personal soap disappeared from bathroom. A disappointing experience.

Thumbs down for nice hotel in poor location!
The pools and grounds are well kept and amazing, the staff is great, rooms comfortable; Downside: The amazing and beautiful place is surrounded by noisy traffic everywhere when sitting on balcony, air quality very poor, you will awake at 4:00 am every morning as the airport changes its depature route flying right over hotel, and the sound of planes overhead are too noisy to get good sleep early in the morning. Great value for the money if you can endure all as I have explained, but I will jot stay there again as it grreatly affected my sleep and peace of mind.

Wrong day of 1 night stay
It has artificial beach designed by Paris Hilton, but during my stay it was closed for maintenance. I got no information about it - one of purpose to book there got ruined. Sometimes hotels.com does not give enough information for user. Even if it is hotel's fault, the customer books and pays not to the hotel, but to hotels.com. If not after-serviced, the customers will move to agoda, booking.com, tripadvisor.

Nice rooms but checking in and out is a bit of hassle due to the odd location of their front office. I did not get any WiFi. No instruction on how to connect to any WiFi. Good thing is that Globe and Smart LTE signal is strong inside your room.

It was a positive experience all around, however I did have some locations where Azure could improve upon. Firstly, the air conditioner in the bedroom(s) takes very long to get the area even remotely cold. I’d prefer for the air conditioner to be a little quicker to make the room(s) cold; we are in the Philippines where it’s hot! Furthermore, the shower door was proven difficult to open, and it even disconnected with the slider. I think a quicker sliding door that is strongly connected with the slider could improve the bathroom experience. Even with these minor complaints I have, I believe Azure is a great resort.

The proximity of the property to major city hubs is really convenient although the traffic as usual is terrible, good location. The property we live in is good but not excellent, I think they could have done more decorating the property to make it more luxurious, but overall it is recommended especially the amenities.

깨끗하고 친절한 좋은 숙소!
레지던트 형태의 아파트여서 조리가능하지만 저희는 과일만 사서 먹었어요. 수영장 훌륭하지만 사용횟수에 제한이 있었구요, 체크인/아웃하는 사무실이 단지내에 독립되어 있어서 헤맸어요~ㅎㅎ 깨끗해서 우리가족도 깨끗하게 사용했습니다~ 참! 저렴하지만 주차요금 받더라구요~ 좋은 숙소다 에 한표!!!

여행은 즐거웠으나마지막날 체크아웃중에 택시를 부탁했는데 교통체증 으로 택시가늦는다는 이유로 고객이 알아서 공항까지 가라고하니 어이가없었음,1시간30분을 호텔에서 택시 기다리다가 방법은없고 밖으로나가 택시잡으려고 30분 기다리고,다행이 경비아저씨의도움으로 비행기시간 30분전에도착 정신없이 체크인하고 ,,호텔에 택시서비스는 정말 말로는 다 못합니다

* UNPLEASANT STAY,; NO GOOD , VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ; STRESSFULL DUE TO NONE - ZERO ACTION OF CONCERNS THAT CUSTOMERS HAD; A LONG WAIT JUST TO CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT; NO CONSISTENCY FOR INFORMATION SHOULD PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS; 1. Made reservations and was confirmed, however when we get there to check in there’s no rooms ready. 2. Need to wait long time just to check in. It’s unacceptable after the long and tiring flight. 3. Got into the room and amenities was incomplete. 4. The housekeeping and siglo front desk clerk said they will provide it right away but got it after follow up calls and after 2 days of stay. That’s ridiculous !! 5. Siglo Front desk do not answer phone calls ... need to go to different building just to speak with front desk clerk of Siglo because they don’t answer the phone calls. That’s unbelievable!! And so inconvenient for the customers. 6. Stayed for 8 days ... 4 out of 8 days there’s no hot water... Informed the siglo front desk but there’s no actions been made. I asked for compensation but they said they have to process it through Expedia as I made reservation through Expedia. I need to know the process for this compensation fee. I want my money back as it was very unpleasant stay. 7. Ants all over the places ... what I can’t deal was ants is in the toilet tissue... I formed the front desk clerk of siglo but there’s no actions been made. 8. Bad flow of Water at the bath room , so unpleasant feeling as it’s gets flooded

ホテルは新しくて綺麗で, セキュリティもすごくいいです。 けど不便だらけ 1) SMモールがホテルの裏にあるのに、歩いて15分かかります。歩く道も狭すぎて、それで必ずもう2度目泊まりたくなくなる気分になります。 2) タクシーがなかなかつかない。 3) 晩6時以降にプルに入れないし、広いのに座ってゆっくりする場所がない。 4)思ったより部屋が狭い。 5)部屋が1000個以上あるよで、中には小さな店すら無いので、水一本買いたくっても15分嫌な狭い道を通って行かなきゃいけない。 以上

FD are so accomodating, satisfied customer
WHEN I CHECK THE BATHROOM I SAW SOME FUBICS ON THE FLOOR THE GYM, GAMING ROOM, MOVIE ROOM...NOT ACCESSIBLE TO THE GUEST.. BUT OTHER THAN THAT MY STAY THERE WAS SO AMAZING. I upgraded from city view to beach view. THE VIEW FACING THE BEACH OVERWHELMED ME BECAUSE OF ITS GOOD ACHITECTURAL STRUCTURE. THE MAN MADE BEACH SEEMS REALISTIC. FULLY EQUIPPED DINING AND KITCHEN WARES... DEFINITELY WILL ENDORSE THIS TO MY FRIENDS..IN TOTALITY, THIS COULD BE ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN SIMILAR TO SOME HOTELS AND RESORTS IN PUNTA CANA... Beautiful, awesome,mesmerizing, and breathtaking.

Worst customer service at SIGLO SUITES@Azure Urban
SIGLO SUITES charging us again for the 2 kids aside from the 4 adults that checked-in. They claimed that Hotels.com online price was for good only for 4 accommodations. I don't think it is right to charge extra since we rely on what was shown online that the 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people including 2 kids. They got the worst customer service. I will never book again with SIGLO SUITES again. All their guests who booked online they charged extra upon check-in. Housekeeping was also rubbish. Receptionist at Siglo do not know what they're talking about!

Never Trust Siglo Suites Reception
Siglo Suites charging us PhP900 for the two kids in which we have already paid the accommodation in advance through this site. Online you clearly advertise that 6 people can accommodate the 2 bedrooms in Azure Urban Resort for the price of 4,944 pesos (discounted price for hotels.com online members). however, when we get there, they insisted that the hotels.com price is only for 4 people and not for 6 that was shown online. so they insisted for the payment of another 2 kids with us or else they will be visitors only and can stay until 9pm in the hotel. What?!!!!! It was not only my family that they're trying to collect extra money, even my friend who happened to be there with us also (she's with 4 other people to check-in), Siglo Suites receptionist also asked for an additional 900 pesos. I think this is their strategy to make more money from their guest. I asked other guests who booked online, they were also asked to pay extra aside from what they have paid online. I will never try that Siglo Suites again. They are corrupt! They got false ads online! POOR CUSTOIMER SERVICE TOO!

Do not book here - HORRIBLE RESORT!!!
We had THE WORST stay ever at the horrendous Siglo Suites. From the moment we booked this place I knew we were going to have problems. Here's just a few of them: - They do not answer their phone!!! We called them literally over 50 times and they never answered. Even when we were in our suite there was no way to get ahold of them. They have about 4 different numbers to "reach them at" but NOT ONE ever answered. - The staff was absolutely HORRIBLE. Because no one answered the phone we had to constantly go down to the front desk to ask for things. There was never a time when what we asked for happened without following up multiple times and nagging the staff to do THEIR JOB. - The room was ridicously small. When booking on Expedia it says this room fits up to 6 people. HAH! That is a major joke. This room BARELY fits 3 people. We had 3 large males staying in here and it was extremely uncomfortable. We immediately asked for an extra bed and were PROMISED one but that never happened. They made excuse after excuse and we were left with the worst sleep ever. - I don't have enough room to say all the horrible things that happened but I'll leave it with this. No one came to clean our room so we went down to ask for someone to clean it. After coming back for the night we got ready and attempted to shower only to find out that all of our DIRTY USED TOWELS that had been laying on the bathroom floor were folded up on the table for us to "use". DISGUSTING. DO NOT STAY HERE, EVER!!!!
