Staff very unhelpful at check-in, despite the correct names being on the reservations they insisted on seeing details the person who paid, who was actually out of the country. Rooms were ok but highly doubt we will return.

The room was nice, but it does not have wardrobe cabinet to put your clothes. It also does not have hot water in the shower. Overall it was ok.

There were quite a few things missing that I would normally expect to find in a hotel room. For starters, no window. I've never had a hotel room where you couldn't look out the window. Two hard, plastic chairs at the tiny table in one corner, no stuffed "easy" chair. With chronic back pain, the only solution was to spend most of my time lying on the bed. Exactly one electrical outlet, one half of that occupied by the TV, and nowhere near the bed. So if I wanted to lie on the bed, chat on my phone and charge it at the same time, no can do. Not a single picture hanging on the walls or any other decoration. No place to hang clothes or store luggage. Not a single coat hanger. In the bathroom, no towel rack, no toilet roll holder, and just outside the bathroom, one clothes hook bolted to the wall. I ended up hanging damp clothing and towels on door knobs and backs of chairs. The shower stall is half-open to the rest of the bathroom, so water from the shower ended up in front of the toilet. No drinking glasses. One small roll of toilet paper and one small bottle of drinking water was provided. The 22" TV stopped working on Day 7, which I reported, but was still not fixed on Day 8 when I left. No bar fridge. The A/C was excellent. The room was clean. But no one else stepped foot inside it during my 8-day stay. I would try somewhere else if I went back.
