Nice location! It's walking distance to Uptown mall, St Luke's hospital, Market-Market, etc. The place is spacious and the internet is very fast🙂 The staff is very accomodating when we arrived. We checked in so easily and when we checked out, the staff helped us with our luggages and patiently waited until our ride to the airrport arrived. I will definitely book a room here again in the future. I highly recommended this place to friends and relatives already.

My Stay @ Zen Room Avida 34th St.
Location wise, I like this place. Very near to uptown mall. just walking distance to Market Market and High Street. Things to improve. 1. Need cable connection. 2. Need to replace the shower curtain. It is very dirty. 3. I don't stay during the daytime since I was on a business trip so only one time they cleaned my room during my 8-night stay. I would suggest to monitor how many times they clean and contact the guest for a cleaning schedule.

First it was value for money- the additional discount helped. However the place was quite hard to find and there were no toiletries in the bathroom - you really just get what you pay for - a very basic room . Overall would consider coming back again

Value for money!!!!
check-in was fast and welcoming staff, rod for shower curtain was flimsy, water pressure was good, fast wifi, clean bed room no bad smell on the bed and room, very spacious, some smudges on the wall (kids dirty hands markings) its really easy to clean up, wish they provide foot rags for the bathroom. Thats all i am happy, will book again.

The place is convenient as it is located near malls, and restaurants. Great wifi, cool aircon, soft bed and sofa, with tv but limited channels only. The room is basic which is only good for those who are looking for a place to spend a night.

Low price, no toiletries, great location
1. they tried calling me on the room phone to get my permission to enter. Which tourist hangs out in the hotel room instead of exploring the city they are visiting? When I asked why they did not call my cell or email me, I received a lame excuse. 2. It is a very basic bare bones 1-bedroom apartment with a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a 3-seat regular sofa (no pull-out bed) in the living room. (this was fine for me as I would go back there only to sleep) 3. No floor mat in the bathroom. When you step out of the shower, you end up with water all over the place. I ended up using on the of the 2 towels they gave me as a floor mat. Bottom line: Great location and low price. If you don't care about having toiletries or having any repairs done, it is a great place. I will give it a solid 3 stars.

Overbooked, last minute change
It was a horrible experience with Zen rooms. They called an hour before check-in time to mention that they are overbooked and the alternative option they can provide was somewhere outside of BGC. They couldn’t find another option with BGC so I asked for a refund instead - let’s see how long that will take.

The staff was very helpfull and friendly Jay works overtime to make you happy. You could tell it was a new room. To make the stay perfect it needed a washer for clothes, broom, cleaning supplies, stove for people like me staying more then 2 weeks. The lack of cable on the tv i had to make up for with the high speed internet. I will be back.

掛け布団がシーツから毛布に変わった。
ここの常連客と認識されているのでしょうか。前回泊まった時に管理しているお兄さんに、もっと日本人に来てもらいたいなら、一つ改善した方がいいことがあると言いました。内容はベットの掛け布団にあたる部分がシーツ一枚だけで、以前誰かが、この点を非難していました。私もクーラー使うとこれだけでは寒いし、かといってクーラー止めれば暑いし、これは問題だと思い、このことを告げました。すると今回到着するとそのお兄さんが、すぐに私に、全室 薄手の毛布に変えたと教えてくれました。実際に今度は快適なv睡眠をとれるようになりました。

ロケーション抜群のリーズナブルなホテルですが。。。
新築のマンションのエアBB使用なので、非常に快適です。ただ清掃が適当だったようで、流しとけとるの中に大量のアリが発生しておりました。食器の一部もべたべたしていたところを見ると、前のお客さんが甘いものをケトルから流しに捨てたのをちゃんと清掃していなかったような。ただ値段としてはリーズナブルなので、これくらいのことはあってもやむを得ないかなと思います(今後利用される方の参考になれば)。
