I have stayed at Reflections before but this faculty was below standard. .We arrived late, and received a note of welcome , keys and a map , 1st night I wasn't told the ensuite was at the back of the room, so we didn't know. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool and gym were well maintained and the gym was well equipped. The reception staff and managers were pleasant, helpful and very professional.
