This is a beautiful venue in the city of Manizales. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is in a natural reserve with the opportunity to see butterflies, hummingbirds and other birds. It is near the business district. Breakfast is included and it has two restaurants with a good menu. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and clean in a beautiful property. The receiving staff lacked knowledge about not charging taxes to those of us that are just visiting from abroad. The front desk person required to see the physical seal with the date of entrance. Since my husband is Colombian by birth, he used the biometric entrance. The hotel staff told us that he couldn’t help us with that and charged us 19% taxes. As we continued our trip and stayed at different hotels, we learned that there is an affidavit that my husband needed to sign and that was all what it was required to be exempted from the the 19% tax. The hotel needs to train the front desk personnel about how to handle these situations and help the guests.

I would easily stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The employees were exceptional. They never seemed to bothered to help. If you stay there, do the 1.5hr Nature Guided hike.

The room assigned to me was extremely small, especially the bathroom. It was impossible to get in and out of the shower, without bumping into the side walls or doors.
