"From the moment you enter you can tell this is a good hotel. The reception staff are wonderful - exactly who you would want to welcome you and explain everything you would need to know. The room was great...we were in a relatively inexpensive room so our view was predominantly other buildings' walls. We could not fault the bed - very comfortable and the shower room - very hot, powerful shower. We ate in the restaurant for our breakfasts and one evening for dinner. "Absolutely outstanding service from reception staff thru car valet bar staff waitress room service. Super clean place, dining 5 star. Cannot fault this place at all. Location is superb for city seeing. Only one down side was a bit noisy neighbours up above our apartment - but that’s not a hotel fault just lack of manners from some. "
