"Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location"

"The property is ran by a very tentative GM whose leadership reflects in her staffs excellant customer service. The place was not only smelled clean, their wasn't a speck of dust or dirt to be found anywhere. Despite being near the airport it was very quiet. I regularly stay at Holiday Inns across North Americia and this one is number 1 on my list. Thank you Janice and staff for all you do for your clients."

Friendly. 1 outta 2 down sides was 1.parking was very limited but thankfully there was a lot up the block they are associated with u can stay in and 2. the bed wasnt the most comfortable and bathroom was quite small for a more built person like myself. Little minor things but other than the small things like that it was very nice and would definitely stay there again."

"Is located directly across from the airport we stay here every time we catch an early flight. The only thing that I think would’ve been a smart on their part is to have a parking lot, but that you could park your car and leave for a few days."
