"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

"Das Zimmer sowie die Dusche waren sauber, die Zimmergröße war auch gut. Der Boden ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig da dieser nicht wie in einem normalen Hotel aus Teppich besteht sondern etwas rauer und kälter ist, zudem hat man leider viel vom Straßenlärm mitbekommen. Ansonsten gibt's im Hotel Getränke- und Snackautomaten sowie Waschmaschinen und Trockner, eine Küche gab es auch."

"We Stayed here in May 2026. It's a great location with shops Zoo and Beach in walking distance and the old town Harbour and other areas within a 20min Car journey. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed."

"No coffee in room, hand/body cream not supplied, miniscule note pad, no envelopes. Only full breakfast buffet offered, no alacart. Good location."

"Everything was ok what you need for one night stay. There’s a small fridge and tea pot. Nice bed sheets. The only thing I didn’t like is the short shower curtain. Water sprayed all over the restroom. There was a drainage but the floor level wasn’t made properly and I had to walk on the puddle. Oh, tea pot handle got too hot and I wasn’t able to handle it."

"Spacious room, good food and amazing gym and spa! Staff went the extra mile to make my stay super comfortable. They upgraded my room for free, extended my checkout until 4:30pm at no cost and left a card + chocolate in my room for my birthday. One of the best stays I've had so far!"
