"Nice downtown location. Nice rooms - we were 3 adults and had 2 rooms. However ……. the young man at check-in was not the best and could not find us rooms on the same floor. Not very customer friendly. The digital elevator and room entry cards proved utterly unreliable. One set had to be replaced 5, yes 5 times in 3 days. Totally frustrating. We should have known this would be an issue at check in because two cruise passengers running late for their ship cut in front of us because they could not...

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"Generally a very nice hotel, with lots of potential. But.. the bed, which I think was only a year old was slumped/sloped to the edge. Toilet I had to repair... Rooftop cocktail bar was v. nice. Was pretty expensive so I would have expected pretty close to perfect for the stay. I thought it was pretty cheeky to only offer a cup of coffee with the stay. Feels a bit penny pinch and cheapens the freebie... Like put in a continental breakfast or nothing at all as it won'f feel like "that's it --...

"Room was small, though bathroom was roomy. We were on the 2nd floor corner so it was very noisy. The car traffic was not an issue but the 3 hour drum solo outside our window was. Hotel is very close to the market and harbor so the location is great. A shuttle to the pier was offered for $15 per person."

"This historic hotel was great! The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Our room was nice and clean and the king bed was very comfy. The location was great and very close to our port pier 66. The only downfall with this hotel was no elevator. There are a substantial amount of stairs to climb to get in and out of the hotel. Also, stairs to get to breakfast. But, my husband went and got breakfast and brought to our room so I didn’t have to endure the stairs as I have bum knees. Also, one...
