"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. "Nice, tranquil boutique hotel in walking distance to sites & businesses in historic city center. On-site, upscale restaurant, with breakfast available, as well as lunch & dinner, and full bar. Staff very helpful reserving taxis & assisting guests. No real parlor or sitting area, however, for travelers who like a place in which to relax outside of their room."

However, this time, the bar staff were unhelpful and lazy. The restaurant manager and waitress were rude and the service and food was awful."
