"Pretty good as a solo traveler, the bus also stops literally in front of the hotel to go downtown which was very convenient."

"This was a really lovely hotel, rooms were lovely and spacious. I personally liked the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, however it can get so busy that it is not possible to use at times. I think having two jacuzzis or a time limit would make it a fair use for everyone. The outdoor pool was exceptionally nice, he came over to clean it many times. My only criticism is the two breakfast ladies staff were very rude and kept breaking cups around us, so quite dangerous at times … ALSO breakfast options were terrible, if you do not mind cold eggs and mushrooms. I personally wouldn’t pay for this again, same breakfast daily and minimal choice. The hotel is also very far from Verona, although they provide a free shuttle bus which helps, the timings are really difficult, for example they cannot transport you between the hours of 12-4, not sure why. other than that, really nice stay. A taxi is about 20-30 euro’s into Verona."

"One of the cleanest hotel I have stayed in lately (most were of higher star rating). The staff were extremely helpful especially as we were arriving after reception closed. I the only downside was that the lift is not available after 9pm we meant we had to carry a pushchair up to our room."

"Very clean on arrival. Be aware the accommodation was basic but well equipped. Location was perfect access to the lake and close to restaurants and bars. On suite restaurant was brilliant Lovely pool complex We would happily stay again."

"This is, indeed, a grand hotel. A most comfortable stay, right in the heart of the old town. Wonderful and helpful staff helped guide me to parking in the pedestrian area. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning during a warm stay. 10/10 would recommend. Check out the rooftop panorama!"
