"Upon arrival to property front desk was not helpful and instructions were not complete in how to check in. We had to wait an hour after a long flight just to check in. I’m disappointed with the service at the condo."

"The breakfast is great, friendly staff, and very accessible to the mall. I like the amenities such as the pool, pool bar, gym, and restaurant/bar/coffee areas. Very noisy and irritating vibrating sound from the room next door due to maintenance/repairs. Got transferred to another room/floor next to housekeeping room - irritating also due to constant door closing/opening, so back to the same problem. Staff needs training to at least upgrade to a better room, discount to bar, etc. when...

"As a longtime guest over the years, L'Fisher is wonderful. Great friendly, professional staff & security too. Room is nice and comfortable with pillows that put you to happy sleep...and, So many nice, helpful employees at the restaurant.. "Very old and outdated. If you want to borrow an iron, they charge 100 pesos. Can’t turn on the faucet for hot water. We tried to check out before 8am and the person on duty was sleeping in sofa in the waiting area. "

"Very old hotel, lots of molds and dust. Lobby wasnt even airconditioned, very run down place. Front desk even warned us the room might smell like chemicals because they sprayed it to get rid of cat poop. Dont stay here, pictures isnt even close to what it actually looks like"
