"The temperature of the bathroom water was too hot. Pool water was hot. The room telephone was not working. I was low rate that i was expected. Too much noise. I heard everything from our neighbors."

"The front desk staff were not helpful when I asked to book a taxi, and all meals were expected to be paid by credit card (I had cash) but the hotel was clean and the dining room staff were attentive and friendly. I did get short changed 50 pesos when paying for coffee and should have checked my change at the time. Nice location on the beach."

"Not a bad word to say about The Palms. Looked just like the pictures, was very clean and the staff were great. We got the Superior Ocean view room and got exactly what we were hoping for. Amazing view & big balcony area. Room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, and even a dehumidifier which was awesome. I do wish they had a toaster in the rooms as well but that’s minor. You can very much hear the waves from the ocean all night in the room but that didn’t bother us. The pool &...
