"We have been going to The Homestead for 40 years and have followed the construction over the past few years. It will be an amazing resort."

"The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning. The couch has cushions with frayed material. The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out. Seems like they really need to start replacing furniture."

"Whover is doing the maid service is doing a great job for what they have. The problem is not with clean sheets or towels but with maintenance. There were no functioning lights in the bathroom, I had to use my flashlight. Wall socket was loose. The carpet appeared to have been cleaned but there were red stains like wine had spilled on the carpet. The dead bolt on the door wouldn't lock. This could be a fine place to stay with some care."

"Rooms were large and nice, Front desk staff and cleaning staff are great. Breakfast was a bit light but good. Only down fall were the heavy running foot steps of kids in the room above us but it was ok. The hall way carpet needs replaced heavy stains through out. But we will be back"

"I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...

"The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"

"This was a lovely place, our son and daughter in law got married at the near by River Bottom Ranch. There is some construction going on in the area but the front desk staff made us comfortable and honestly we were hardly in our room. The property had everything you needed on-site food, coffee shop, pool and amenities. I will be back and need to visit the spa!"

"I would definitely stay at this place again. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean and stocked with everything you could ever need, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom, which had two bathrooms, a living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The room also had a washer and dryer which we used daily. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and being able to clean my son's uniform was a blessing!"
