"I stayed at this hotel for three days during my Christmas shopping in Rochester. It is a very clean hotel. While my room was rather on the small side, it really wasn't an issue being it was just myself. The pool and whirlpool area is awesome, and there was a variety of breakfast items for the three mornings I ate there. This hotel also offered free soup every evening from 6 -- 7. I didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of this, but thought it was a great complimentary item."

"There are no credit card readers on the vending machines, but thats the least of my worries. Room was decent. Tvs work. Water is hot. Even the pull out bed is comfy. For the price you cannot beat what you get. Suite I had, had a private entrance too so thats a big plus. I would recommended "

"Everything was impeccable. The staff incredible. Amenities incredible. Colton at the desk was extremely professional and courteous to all of the guests. So impressive and he knew all of the guests by there names and remembered what their needs were. Colton is an employee anyone would want at the helm. Also he was so professional serving soup to guests. This hotel hit all of the marks that anyone would look for during their travel. Thank you all so much. Amazing. Chef JSW"
