"The Concierge was really rude I asked about checking in granted I was early but the way the attendant spoke to me was horrible, she gave me attitude for asking questions saying I needed to wait which was fine I just didnt like how she responded. Then I was seeing her give other people rooms after us while we were still waiting. I called customer service and asked for a room and why others were going in before me even though they got there much later than I. The customer service rwp on the phone called the front desk as I was at the lobby so they new it was me that was calling and while I was on the phone waiting for the agent the Concierge person who was rude to me came over and gave me a room key. No smile no word, just turned around and walked off. That was really rude horrible customer service at the front desk"
