Tuvimos un iconveniente con la reserva que no querían respetar las condiciones y la resolvieron desde la página de hoteles.com donde reserve porque en el hotel no me daban respuesta. A pesar de eso. El hotel es muy lindo, la ubicación excelente.

Fuimos con mi señora por el fin de semana largo, y por una promoción que el hotel ofrecía. Todo muy bien. Lo único que a la noche en un momento nos pusieron unos vecinos de pieza bastante ruidosos. Pero se pudo solucionar. En cuanto a todo lo demás, muy conformes, tanto con las comodidades del lugar, como con la atención de todo el personal. Es para volver.

El peor fin de año

Pasamos el peor fin de año de nuestra vida , el personal de recepcion es de terror 0 amabilidad , fuimos a pasar fin año y no solo no nos dejaron pagar la cena en el lugar ya que entiendo era solo para los del sindicato , pero si dejaron a otra familia que tampoco pertenecia al sindicato y les cobraro y pudieron cenar, almorzar , todos los dias de estadia. Tampoco nos dejaron guardar nada en la heladera ya que no conseguiamos lugar para cenar y solo le pediamos guardar algo para la cena, DE TERROR

Sólo muy ruidoso en el hall (chicos jugando rabiosamente, a los gritos, sin que nadie se inmutase), ascensores con largas esperas a ciertas hora y lamentablemente comedor no accesible par no afiliados al gremio, lo que obligó en noches lluviosas tener que salir a buscar dónde comer.

La verdad el hotel un asco, mal olor en la habitación,no había agua caliente, el baño sucio etc todo mal la atención malísima la verdad no lo recomiendo, la casa donde duerme mi perro es más cómoda y limpia q ese hotel las fotos de anuncio no era igual a lo q esperaba, la calefacción no funcionaba, muy ruidoso y ensima me querían cobrar más de lo ya pagado
