The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. Coconest Eco village pollachi
Property is huge and the cottage given had privacy. The food options were provided but often delayed by an hour. The entire resort is clean and noise free. Amenities in terms of sports equipment were limited. Overall, worth a visit away from city’s hustle bustle environment.
