"Mixed review. Served its purpose for an overnight near the airport, but not impressed. Front desk staff were not helpful, room was small, hallway carpet very dirty and stained. Hard wood floor in room had areas of balled up hair."

"We loved our stay. We had a beautiful, bright, good-sized room. The staff were wonderful as was the location. Breakfast on the rooftop was simple and good. Only caveat: if you are afraid of heights, this is not a good hotel for you as walking from the glass elevator to the door of the hotel is along a narrow (max 1 metre?) walkway at a very high height. My trick: don’t look down!"

"This is a beautiful hotel. Kind staff, clean and well-groomed rooms and common space. Solid security. A bit unsafe outside of the hotel, definitely recommended to not be out into the late hours."

"Is a beautiful property and the location is excellent. Only one bad thing. Our bathroom shower door didn’t close so every day we were using towels to dry the floor. It was a lot of water and a hard process. We informed the front desk staff but nothing was done. They only sent more towels to dry the floor"

"A wonderful stay! I booked a room for both my way into Napoli and on my way out and I cannot say enough good things about the property. The location is great if you’re just flying in and out of Napoli and headed on to other destinations. Walking distance to the port so you can ferry to anywhere. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Can also easily take the city bus if you would like to see more of the town than just around the B&B. Will definitely book again if I pass through Napoli!"

"The third stay at this hotel and it was awesome. The location is great and it’s very close to the palace. The design of the hotel is unique replicating a palace. Very clean rooms and wonderful spa amenities. We took a dip in the outdoor pool after a long drive. Food in the restaurant is extremely good. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. My favourite stop when I drive south through Italy."
