"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. "Exceptional setup for an airport hotel. Beautiful building, nice spa, good restaurant. However we were disappointed by 2 things: - the reception staff were rude (“sorry talk to my colleague I’m doing something urgent”, “now you have to pay” after I asked the details of a bill and confirm this is fine, another one hanging up on me on the phone…) - the junior suite was just a large room (nothing that would typically justify the name “suite” such as a proper sitting area)"
