"The images of the hotel are deceptive and do not reflect reality whatsoever. I deeply regret my financial transaction and expect a full refund. The facilities are in disgraceful condition, the accommodation smelled of mold, there were rodent droppings on the balcony, and the premises are completely neglected. "The hand shower in the bathroom made a strange drilling sound every time I used it. The room was a bit untidy when I first entered. The bathroom faucet didn’t work properly, and there was only one carpet, which wasn’t very useful after coming from the shower. Hotel staff were very friendly and really helpful. "This was a great stay for the 5 days we spent in Zakynthos. It’s an easy walk to the beach and any shops/ small markets you may need on your way back. "We had a lovely stay. The day clerk, Monica is very helpful, and is a wealth of information, and just a lovely person The room was large and very clean, very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty and has lots of choice. The location is great, no shortage of reataurants close by. We uaed Best Choice cars, their officw is cloae and they delivered to the hotel.
