"It would have been a better stay if the hallway and the hallway air conditioner and the elevators was working. instead of just one elevator it made for a long wait or you had to use the staircase just to go up to the rooms and back down"

"The room was 80 degrees. It was 75 when we checked in, we turned on the AC and left for the evening. We came back and the room was 79 degrees, the entire 9th floor was in the 80s. It was 70 degrees outside but the windows do not open. Great location, clean room, but we had a hard time sleeping in ..."

"Absolutely beautiful property. Felt less like you were staying at a hotel and more like a resort. The suite rooms are very spacious. The only thing lacking was a microwave, which I was surprised about for such a nice hotel. Would stay there again for sure!"
