"We had an amazing stay at the monastero di Cortona. The property is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. The pool area is lovely and the views are unbelievable. The staff was super helpful and attentive- gave us recommendations for restaurants (and made reservations for us) and helped us with what to see/ do in Cortona and the surrounding area. The room was perfect and although we didn’t use the spa it looked really nice. I very much enjoyed the breakfast each morning as well. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Cortona."

"Wow wow wow. What a place. Absolutely phenomenal stay here. The grounds and hotel are absolutely fabulous. I read some review around staff attitude but can honestly say I never experienced this at all. Everyone was very polite and helpful in the bar and restaurants. George on reception was particularly lovely and helpful. The food and drinks were beautiful. I also did the wine tasting during my stay which was also wonderful. I will definitely be back."

"Beautiful stay for our honeymoon. This is definitely a place to go and feel at peace in the Tuscan countryside. 15 min away from some wineries and 20 min away from Montepulciano. Great balance of feeling relaxed by the spa and pool with some quick getaways. Lastly, the restaurant was beyond excellent. Expensive but well worth it."

"We had a wonderful stay. The place was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and truly one of our favorite accommodations in Italy. Although it was a bit farther from Montepulciano, Pienza, and Montalcino, it was absolutely worth the drive. Its proximity to Siena made it a perfect base, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay."
