"The room was a quiet and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. A little outside the historic area, but the taxi service was quick and efficient. It took about 10 minutes from the train station to get there, and there are quaint and delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. The gentleman behind the front counter was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. He even called a taxi for us when the local taxi app wasn't working for us. at the time. "ok to stay but not recommended: - Bed kept making noise and almost felt apart (fortunately it did not during my stay) - Half shower door missing and the floor was all wet after shower - Room was not well clean, shaved hair and glass fragment found in the shower - The room was in a residential building. The neighborhood is not very suitable for tourist we need to rely on tram to get to the city, but having a large supermarket close by is a plus side"
