"Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! "

"Je n’ai pas utilisé le spa que j’ai trouvé assez cher. Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait que l’on ne puisse pas accéder aux installations sans mettre une somme folle dans un soin ou massage. Ils devraient donner l’accès au hammam etc…aux guets moyennant un petit supplément comme cela se fait ailleurs dans les hotels de même catégorie ! De ce côté là un peu déçue.
