It is actually located in Vezio right outside of Varenna. At first, I was concerned about the location from Varenna. However, Rita the proprietor made sure we had transportation from the train station as well as to and from all of our points of interest. We seriously wanted for nothing. "Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. "I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended!"

"We rented a one bedroom apt on the first floor. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Easy walking distance from train station. Also very close to ferry. Easy to take ferry to Bellagio and transfer to other stops. Breakfast was great. Excellent service. Rooms are located in buildings around but are very close. We ate at Mama Cicicia one night it was delicious. Also tried Osteria on plaza which was great. Lovely couple with local food."
