"A lovely stay, beautiful room and surroundings and amazing staff.
My only gripe was that we had a room with a pool view which meant we had our own seating area overlooking the pool. Well 2 men from a particular family with noisy children decided to come and sit on our decking area, smoking whilst their wives and children played in the pool right infront of our room, when I went out to move them, they couldn't understand what the issue was and even tried to leave their cigarette packets behind on our table! Sadly it put a dampener on what would have been a lovely stay.
I mentioned this to the staff but not sure if any signage will be put up for future."
