"Room was not well cleaned , windows were grubby and not cleaned one of the tea cups had dried coffee stains down side not washed correctly, 2 of the four ceiling lights in bathroom were not working and the air conditioner had to be turned off at night as made such a noise every few minutes We were woken Sunday evening with 3 fire alarm warnings going off whilst asleep after 11pm then woken again around 6.30am with further alarm’s activated not a good start to our journeys day back so we got...

"I was visiting Abertawe for one night to see old friends and this was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some great restaurants. The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes. My only critique was the curvy headboard wasn’t very comfortable (I move around during the night and kept hitting my head on it!). "It was during one of the high temperatures inEngland and tho it had two fresh air windows the host only allowed one. a small bathroom size window for ventilation plus a small fan. I asked him to open the other window / door but was denied seeming me to leave the property after one nite due to a high temp room . Host was not very helpful tho I asked to change rooms. Also no shade on deck . Would not stay here again ."

"Good location.. bedroom was tired and in need of some improvements.. bed base was torn and tatty,.. there were 3 windows, only one was clear, the glass in the other two were in need of replacement as you were unable to see out of them and didn't let light through.. The restaurant was slightly inadequate for the large volume of guests. Breakfast offered a good choice, unfortunately I wouldn't say that the evening food was that nice for the cost..
