"It IS a Holiday Inn so rooms are small, quality of shampoo and toiletries is lacking, and it is located a 30 minute walk from Inner Stadt, BUT, hotel is incredibly clean, staff are super friendly (by Austrian standards, definitely), and there are many nice restaurants nearby."

"No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer wasn't working, no orin in the room and no one was onsite at night to request it. I had to wash my hair with just water and no blow dryer to dry my hair at night and had to go to my meetingbwith wrinkled shirt. Worst experience. By the way, there's no security at night. Anyone can walk in at night and come to your room. Elevator doesn't require a pass and no one is at front desk at night. Main entrance is wide open too"

"Staff was really helpful but that's about it. The location is a bit away from all the restaurants but it's manageable. However the property itself is VERY dated. Really old yellow rooms, small dingy 40s TV that's not tuned to any channels, dusty things, rust in the water pipes making the water a bit brown and only 2 working sockets in the room that are far away from bed. The fire exit plan in the room had totally different floor plan and would be absolutely useless in case of any emergency. The...

"The property was beyond our expectations. It was clean, bright, and spacious. The apartment is located in a beautiful building that is conveniently close to public transportation, grocery stores, and a pharmacy.
The washing machine and stove, fridge and dishwasher were very convenient and helpful as well.
Looking forward to retuning there again some day. Our whole family is missing it!"

"The property was in the process of change of administration. The installation was ok, not the best location but a close walking distance to the Schrobrunn Palace. All else was a 20 minute drive away. Staff was rude except for one receptionist which who was not native of Austria. Everyone else, even in restaurant lacked manners and do not know a dime about cordial service. Such a disappointment for being in hospitality service. After the change of administration on our third night there things...
