"The good: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions. Location was great. Just a few minute walk to the main part of town and the waterfront. The not so good: the room and property needed just a bit of TLC and that would have made a difference. The hot tub was not working for the adults only portion of the property."

"We love the Mariner! This was our second stay and we plan on coming back. It’s simple but clean and effective. They execute service well, keep it clean and have plenty of room while offering the basics. Coffee in the hot tub for breakfast is a must do!"

Room was clean but did find ants in room but only three and I was checking out the next day so told the person Tiffinay at front deck about it and she said she would tell maintenance. She was wonderful and let me stay another 1:2 hour so that I could go to breakfast. Would stay again ."

"The hotel grounds were nice. The main office was notably clean. The pool area was nice, pool was large with plenty of seating around. It wasn't warm,however. If a heated pool is important to you, this was not (or barely). The room was somewhat dated with signs of past water damage, but it was clean with no odor. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and told us late checkout would be acceptable, however the woman at the desk the next day told us no and wasn't super friendly. Breakfast...

"The outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast was a good surprise as its not mentioned on listing. There is not hot tub on the property even though listing says it is. Indoor pool is supposedly heated but was not and alsi too dirty to go in. Looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time. I also got locked out of my room Saturday morning for no reason my card was deactivated. They say there is direct access to the beach but that is an understatement. Unless you have a boat and are a strong paddler,...
